Social Media Classes January
In partnership with CVRD Recreation Dept. we’re pleased to announce the following Social Media Classes for January.
All classes run 2hrs with lots of time for Q&A and are held at the Island Savings Centre in the evenings 7-9pm. Everyone is welcome (spots limited) and are designed as introductory courses with lots of hands on practical tips, advice & fun!
Facebook for Personal Use

~ Intro into the world of Facebook for personal use. Hands on training will teach students how to operate and understand the basic platform. We will cover postings, likes, shares, lists, images, cover pics, profile pics, apps, privacy and more. No social media experience necessary.

We”ll cover posting, likes, comments, shares, building lists, images & design, cover pics, profile pics, branding, apps, privacy settings, social strategy, ads, engagememt, contests apps best policies and more. Prerequisite: Designed for confident, intermediate computer users. No social media experience necessary but helpful.
What is Pinterest?
